| Abstract:In this study, the moisture content of acetate grade wood pulp meal was investigated through the method of constant temperature and humidification method, and the equilibrium moisture content curve of acetate grade wood pulp meal was derived at a constant storage temperature (25 ℃). According to the storage requirements, it was finally concluded that the temperature of 25 ℃ and relative humidity of 60% were the optimum storage environments for acetate grade wood pulp meal. Because the equilibrium moisture of the material was affcted by the nature of the material, environmental relative humidity, temperature and other factors, the properties of the acetate grade wood pulp meal were analyzed in this study, the improvement strategies from two aspects of the control of the storage environment of the temperature and relative humidity were proposed. Measurement methods and control methods in the appropriate could be effective in controlling the equilibrium moisture of the acetate grade wood pulp meal, so as to improve the efficiency of industrial process and quality of product. |
