Abstract:In this study, for the problem of anti-condensation, the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope of the paper mill was analyzed, and the limit value of the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope in the wet part of the paper mill in different climatic regions was given under the conditions of indoor temperature of 20 ℃ and indoor relative humidity of ≤75% in winter, in accordance with GB 50176—2016. The results showed that the selection of thermal insulation windows with smaller heat transfer coefficient could play a role in delaying the time of condensation on the external windows. Based on the conditions of condensation in the wet part of the paper mill in different climatic regions, the effectiveness of building envelope heat preservation in preventing condensation in the paper mill was analyzed. It was clarified that the building envelope heat preservation should be combined with ventilation measures in the plant, in order to ensure that the inner surface of the building envelope in the wet part of the paper mill did not condense.
