| Abstract:Waste paper resources are the most important part of papermaking materials in China. Evaluating paper-based packaging for recyclability， and sorting the waste paper according to the recyclability level can effectively promote the recycle efficiency of waste paper resources. Developed countries such as European countries and USA had carried out research on recyclability test methods for paper-based packaging， developed and established a number of recyclability test methods. In recent years， China had also begun to carry out research on the recyclability test of paper-based packaging， and two relevant standards had been issued. This paper introduced the establishment background， method principle， process， and test mechanism of the main recyclability test methods for paper-based packaging at home and abroad， and analyzed the technical characteristics of different methods. Finally， the future development of recyclability test methods for paper-based packaging was prospected. |
