Abstract:At present, the lithium-ion batteries mostly use organic fluid electrolytes. When suffering from external impact, a toxic and flammable liquid electrolyte will be leaked. If gel polymer electrolytes can be used, a variety of dangers can be avoided. The use of gel polymer electrolyte instead of traditional liquid mechanical electrolyte can solve the problem of liquid electrolyte leakage. This article summarized the research status of five different substrates of gel electrolytes, including studying the earliest PEO base gel electrolyte, and PVDF-HFP base gel electrolytes with higher glass-based conversion temperature. Compared with the analysis of in situ preparation and non-original preparation methods, such as the simple high-energy electron beam radiation method, the technical mature static spinning method, etc. The principles of various preparation techniques had been deeply analyzed, and the development prospects of its application in lithium-ion batteries were finally outlook. |
