Abstract:In this study, the suspected microbial fouling on the surface of calligraphy and painting relics in Shangzhou District Museum of Shaanxi Province was studied. Through sampling, isolation, purification, culture and other steps, the microorganisms in the stain were systematically analyzed, and 12 fungi were successfully identified by using ITS transcription spacer fragment sequencing, including 2 strains of Cladosporium and Penicillium, 3 strains of Aspergillus, and 1 strain of Alternatispora, Cyanomyces, Rhizopus, Schizophylla and yeast. |
