Abstract:For Under the background of transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development in the light industry, cultivating top-tier talent with strong innovation capabilities, extensive knowledge, and deep engineering proficiency is crucial for propelling the industry’s evolution and growth. In collaboration with partner schools and industry enterprises, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has created a teaching consortium to address the challenges in cultivating light industry talent. After years of practice, they have developed a new “time-space transcending” talent cultivation system by integrating digital tools into educational research. This system incorporates a “complementary and shared” educational strategy and a “multi-dimensional collaborative” framework to develop engineering competencies, pioneering a mode for educating leading professionals in the light industry. This paper presents the methods and outcomes of developing premier talent cultivation modes at Shaanxi University of Science & Technology and the teaching association.
