| Abstract:This article focused on the study of coated white cardboard， grounded in modern quality management theory， analyzed paper quality issues using analysis tools such as Pareto chart and Fishbone diagram， and clarified that the improvement target for appearance quality was the scraper line. The use of statistical methods and the Minitab tool facilitated a detailed examination of factors potentially causing scraper lines， leading to the proposal of corresponding improvement measures. Ultimately， by refining the production process， the issue of scraper lines was ameliorated. The evaluation of the improvement’s effectiveness in reducing scraper lines confirmed the efficacy of the quality improvement measures taken. |
