Abstract:In this study, the unbleached kraft pulp of eucalyptus from Guangxi was used as raw material, the oxygen delignification reaction was carried out of unbleached pulp with different washing conditions. The effects of different washing degree on the brightness, delignification rate, viscosity reduction rate and paper strength of the oxygen delignification pulp were discussed. The results showed that the washing degree had a great influence on the viscosity of oxygen delignification pulp, and the strength of paper prepared by the oxygen delignification pulp fully washed, especially the folding resistance, has been greatly improved.
