| Abstract:Aiming at the requirements for the automatic conveying and handing technology for traditional flat paper production lines, the attitude adjustment system for the flat paper stack was designed by using the multi-sensor fusion technology. Combined with the multi-robot scheduling technology, the forklift automated guided vehicle(AGV) transfer system was developed based on the OpenTCS architecture. It was proved with performance test in a traditional customized flat paper production line. The results showed that the designed forklift AGV intelligent transfer system could effectively improve the inter-line transfer efficiency and improve the intelligence of traditional flat paper production line. |
