| Abstract:Photothermal conversion is the most direct way to utilize solar energy. With the comprehensive utilization of sustainable biomass resources and the continuous development of nanotechnology, nano-biomass materials have received more and more attention in the field of photothermal conversion as a renewable resource. Lignin, as a natural polymer second only to cellulose in nature, has excellent ultraviolet absorption and photothermal conversion ability. At present, the utilization degree of lignin is still low, and the preparation and application of lignin nanoparticle (LNP) is an effective way to achieve high-value lignin utilization. Compared with the original lignin, the high specific surface area and tunable morphology and size of LNP further enhance its antioxidant and UV resistance properties. In view of this, this paper summarized preparation methods of LNP, and focused on the application status of LNP in the field of photothermal conversion. Finally, the main challenges and prospects in the field of photothermal conversion were discussed. |
