| Abstract:PAN/PMIA blended nanofiber composite air filter paper was prepared by electrostatic spinning technology using air filter base paper as substrate, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) with high spinnable and meta-aramid (PMIA) with high performance as raw materials. By adjusting the mass ratio of two specialty fiber, a composite air filter paper with good filtration performance and high temperature resistance was prepared. The results showed that when the mass ratio of PAN to PMIA was 3∶7, the filtration efficiency of PAN/PMIA blended nanofiber composite filter paper was 99.995%, the initial resistance was 79.01 Pa, and the dust capacity was 175 g/m2. After a series of heat treatment, the filtration efficiency of the composite filter paper could be maintained above 99.960%. |
