Abstract:Water-based acrylic resin binder was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylamide, and acrylic acid as monomers, glycidyl methacrylate, and N,N'-methylene diacrylamideas as functional monomers. The results showed that the average particle size of the emulsion was 172.7 nm, the viscosity was 14.9 mPa·s, and the emulsion could exist stably at 100 ℃ when the dosage of glycidyl methacrylate was 11.2%. The contact angle and mechanical properties test results revealed that the stress of the special energetic paper-based material was increased from 15.24 MPa to 33.06 MPa, and the contact was increased from 108.3° to 113.3° by using water-based acylic resin binder (GMA content was 11.2%).
