| Abstract:A-PSA separator was prepared via phase transformation method using aromatic sulfone (PSA) fiber without loss of its thermal stability (shrinkage of 0 at 200 ℃), which showed asymmetric pore structure (positive side pore size less than 2 nm). Alkalization treatment improved electrolyte infiltration (340.5%) and electronegativity of the A-PSA separator. The space barrier and electrostatic shielding cooperative strategy was used to limit the shuttle of polysulfide. The results showed that Li-S batteries equipped with A-PSA separator had a lower electrochemical impedance and higher ionic conductivity (1.23 mS/cm), with the capacity retention rate (89.1%) was higher than that of PP separator (58.7%) after 100 cycles. |
