Abstract:This paper aimed to achieve a collaborative strategy by changing the types and proportions of barrier coatings and auxiliary materials, in order to construct green flexible packaging materials with good heat sealing, water resistance, oil resistance, and easily repulpable. The results showed that the barrier coating introduced the monosaccharides or disaccharides as auxiliary could significantly improve the recyclability of paper based materials. When the mass fraction of monosaccharides or disaccharides reached 10% (relative to barrier coatings), more than 90% of paper-based packaging materials could be easily repulped without affecting their performance. |
