Abstract:In this study, alizarin red S doping was utilized to modulate the polyaniline layer in order to obtain high-performance paper-based electrode materials, as well as its structural composition and properties were investigated. The results showed that the doping of alizarin red S to polyaniline increased the porosity and mass loading of the polyaniline, which enhanced the thermal stability, electrical conductivity and electrochemical performance of the polyaniline/cellulose composite paper-based electrode materials. In addition, the electrochemical tests showed that the area specific capacitance of the paper-based electrode material was 1960 mF/cm2 when the current density was 1 mA/cm2, which was higher than the previous studies. This study provided a new strategy for the development of high-performance, inexpensive, and green flexible electrode materials in traditional papermaking processes. |
