| Abstract:In this study, the paper-based composite materials with flexible electromagnetic parameters were prepared from carbon fiber and aramid fiber by inclined wire forming. The distribution of carbon fiber was controlled by adjusting jet-to-wire speed ratio to realize the adjustment of the paper electromagnetic parameters of paper-based composite materials at machine and cross direction (MD and CD). The results showed that when the jet-to-wire speed ratio was 0.5, the tensile index MD/CD ratio of paper-based composite materials was 2.2, and the permittivity real part MD/CD ratio was 2.1~2.2 at 8~12 GHz. When the jet-to-wire speed ratio was 1.2, the tensile index MD/CD ratio of parper-based composite materials was 1.5, and the permittivity real part MD/CD ratio was 1.5~1.6 at 8~12 GHz. The results showed that the control of jet-to-wire speed ratio was an important method to regulate the electromagnetic parameters of carbon fiber/aramid paper-based composite materials. |
