Abstract:In this paper, bamboo pulp was used as raw material to prepare a series of lignin containing nanofibers (LCNFs) through TEMPO oxidation and homogenization treatment. Then an all fiber-based barrier paper was prepared through surface coating and hot pressing. The results showed that all the LCNFs were nanoscale and significantly improved the barrier properties of the paper. The minimum Cobb value of barrier paper was 25% that of base paper, and the minimum permeability was 2% that of base paper, indicating that this barrier paper has potential application prospects in the food packaging. |
