Abstract:Nanocellulose has good biocompatibility and non-toxicity， therefore， the research of new-generation wound healing materials based on nanocellulose hydrogel has gradually become a hot spot， however， the preparation of hydrogel wound healing materials using nanocellulose is faced with many challenges， such as improving the self-healing， promoting cell proliferation， antibacterial， and injectable properties. In this paper， the studies on the improvement of the above properties of nanocellulose-based hydrogel for wound healing were reviewed， with emphasis on the process and methods of preparing nanocellulose-based hydrogel by modification， cross-linking， compositing and other technology. The synthetic mechanism was summarized and the development trend of multifunctional wound healing materials based on nanocellulose was prospected.
