| Abstract:Nanocellulose has good biocompatibility and non-toxicity, therefore, the research of new-generation wound healing materials based on nanocellulose hydrogel has gradually become a hot spot, however, the preparation of hydrogel wound healing materials using nanocellulose is faced with many challenges, such as improving the self-healing, promoting cell proliferation, antibacterial, and injectable properties. In this paper, the studies on the improvement of the above properties of nanocellulose-based hydrogel for wound healing were reviewed, with emphasis on the process and methods of preparing nanocellulose-based hydrogel by modification, cross-linking, compositing and other technology. The synthetic mechanism was summarized and the development trend of multifunctional wound healing materials based on nanocellulose was prospected. |
