Abstract:A total of 55 samples of flavor and flavored cigarette paper were used as experimental objects. The aroma compounds of flavored cigarette paper were qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) post-column combining artificial olfactometer (GC-QTOF-O). Headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (HS-GC-IMS) was used to quickly analyze the trace aroma substances in flavored cigarette paper. The chemometric-sensomics model was established by GC-IMS fingerprint, and the consistency of different types of flavored cigarette papers was evaluated in a visual form. The results showed that a total of 29 kinds of alcohols, phenols, esters, ethers, and ketones were identified from the flavor and flavored cigarette paper. Based on the established model, the flavored cigarette paper, the flavored cigarette paper of the cigarette product, and the post-combustion flavored cigarette paper and its classification can be effectively identified and recognized, which provides a basis for the quality control of flavored cigarette paper.
