Abstract:Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and the roles of different cellulose materials used in TENG were briefly introduced. The advantages and optimization strategies of cellulose-based TENG were summarized. The cellulose-based TENG applications in energy collection, sensors, environmental monitoring, sterilization, air purification, and metal protection were systematically elaborated.
