| Abstract:In this paper， the rectangular mechanical stockyard of a pulp mill was the research object. By analyzing the structural form of the mechanical stockyard， tooking the steel structure of the stockyard body and the auxiliary structure as the lightning arrester， the rolling ball method was used to calculate its protection range， and the feasibility of using the mechanical stockyard body and auxiliary structure as the lightning arrester was determined. |
