Abstract:Enzymatic hydrolysis is an essential step in the preparation of lignocellulosic bioethanol, and the efficient and economical transformation of raw materials lignocellulose is a key step to achieve industrial production. Lignin is one of the main components of lignocellulose, and its effect on enzymatic reaction is a very important factor in the enzymatic hydrolysis transformation of lignocellulosic materials. At present, lignin mainly inhibites enzymatic hydrolysis of biomass, which was reflected in steric hindrance, non-productive adsorption (hydrophobic interaction, electrostatic interaction, and hydrogen bond interaction), and the influence of soluble phenolic compounds. In this paper, the recent researches of lignin in the hydrolysis and conversion of lignocellulosic enzymes were summarized, and the development and industrialization of lignocellulosic bioethanol was prospected.
