Abstract:In order to realize the high added value utilization of industrial hemp stalk, this study used industrial hemp stalk as raw material. By measuring the chemical components of the raw material, the basic characteristic of high cellulose content(41.45%)was shown, and the possibility of preparing nanocellulose was confirmed. Combined with ultrasound, the oxidized nanocellulose(TCNF)was prepared by TEMPO-NaBr-NaClO catalytic oxidation system. The morphology, chemical structure, crystallinity and thermal stability of TCNF in each stage of the preparation process were studied. The results showed that the TCNF prepared from the industrial hemp stalk had a uniform distribution of 3~6 nm in diameter, retained the typical Ⅰ-type structure of cellulose, had a crystallinity of 50.8%, and had good thermal stability.
