| Abstract:The rheological properties of high solid content black liquor, including viscosity, shear thinning property, thixotropy and viscoelasticity, were descripted in this paper; the factors affecting the rheological properties of high solid content black liquor, including the ratio and long-chain structure of organics, solid content, temperature, pH value and silicon interference, were also introduced; the rheological properties characterization techniques of high solid content black liquor and its rheological property fitting models were summarized. The rheological properties of high solid content black liquor affected the pre-furnace pressure tank pumping, pipeline conveying and nozzle atomization. Therefore, it was necessary to comprehensive grasp the influencing factors and change laws of the rheological properties of high solid content black liquor for the optimization and improvement of the black liquor alkali recovery system. |
