Abstract:Based on the orthogonal test, taking the whiteness value and pH value of the paper with oil stains before and after cleaning as the experimental indexes, the optimal cleaning condition was the temperature of 30 ℃, 100 g of OP-10 aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 2.4%, and the washing amount of ultrapure water of 25 g. Then papers before and after cleaning were tested by FT-IR, surface appearance and mechanical properties. The results showed that the mechanical performance of the paper after cleaning had changed. The transverse and longitudinal tensile strength decreased from 0.883 kN/m and 1.13 kN/m to 0.515 kN/m and 0.693 kN/m respectively, the transverse and longitudinal folding resistance decreased from 5 and 6 folds to 2 and 3 folds respectively, and the transverse and longitudinal flexibility decreased from 160 mN and 230 mN to 120 mN and 180 mN respectively. After cleaning, the color and pollution range of vegetable oil stains decreased significantly, which achieved a good effect of removing vegetable oil stains.
