| Abstract:Taking Polybutylene glycol (PTMG) as the main raw material for the preparation of linear and cross-linked network waterborne polyurethane, the effect of the dosage of 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and trimethylolpropane (TMP) on physical properties of it was discussed in this study. The results showed that as the dosage of DMPA was increased from 2% to 10%, the particles of linear network waterborne polyurethane dispersion (LWPUD) became more uniform and regular, and the particle size of cross-linked network waterborne polyurethane dispersion (CWPUD) increased as the dosage of TMP was increased from 2% to 4%. |
