Abstract:The processing mode of reconstituted tobacco pulp was optimized from traditional refining mode to refining-screening mode through the combining form of medium concentration pressure screen and backflow stand pipe. Based on the ensurance of pulp uniformity, the refining-screening mode realized low refining degree and high wet weight of pulp. The results showed that compared with traditional refining mode, the refining degree of finished pulp decreased from 46°SR to 34°SR, decreasing by 26.1%; wet weight increased from 3.1 g to 4.1 g, increasing by 32.3%; the air permeance of substrate increased from 2300~2500 mL/min to 4000~4200 mL/min, increasing by more than 70%; uniformity index increased from 342 to 371, increasing by 9.1%; static friction of the front of base sheet increased from 93 N to 112 N, increasing by 20.4%; instant absorbability increased from 2.8°/s to 4.6°/s, increasing by 64.3%. Moreover, based on the annual output of 7500 t, the pulping energy cost under refining-screening mode could decrease by 0.3641 million CNY every year. |
