Abstract:As the world’s most widely sourced， abundant， biodegradable， and renewable green material， the research value of cellulose is obvious. In recent years， research on gas sensor based on cellulose materials has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad， and great progress has been made. In this paper， the preparation methods of gas sensor based on nanocellulose and its composite materials were introduced. At the same time， the applications of gas sensor based on nanocellulose materials in the fields of environmental monitoring， medical and health care， and food safety were analyzed and summarized.
