Abstract:Cellulose nanofibril (CNF) and micro-nano bamboo powder (MBP) were added into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to prepare a PVA/CNF/MBP composite coating solution with higher oil resistance. The effects of different coating systems and different mass ratios of CNF and MBP on the hydrophobicity, oil repellency and tensile strength of coated paper were investigated. The results showed that the performance of PVA/CNF/MBP coated paper was the best, when the coating amount was 2.0 g/m², the total addition amount of CNF and MBP was 3.0% of polyvinyl alcohol, and the mass ratio of CNF∶MBP was 4∶6. At this time, the oil repellency grade of the prepared coated paper was 12, the Cobb value was 21.29 g/m², the contact angle was 73.56°, and the vertical and horizontal tensile indexes were 68.6 N∙m/g and 41.7 N∙m/g, respectively. |
