Abstract:Control in start-up process of large synchronous high voltage motor in high concent ration disc refining system was introduced in this paper. Based on the thermal model of the motor, according to parameters such as the rated starting current of motor, the maximum allowable starting time, the rotor thermal equilibrium time, the maximum number of hot starting, the cooling time expansion coefficient in the motor stop state, and the cooling time expansion coefficient in the motor running state, etc., the frequent start of the motor was controled using the function of inhibiting the frequent start-up of the motor of 7UM62 integrated protector to reduce equipment accidents and economic losses.
