Abstract:In this study, lignin and acrylamide were used as raw materials to prepare lignin/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel with excellent mechanical and adhesive properties. The results showed that the addition of lignin was beneficial to the mechanical and adhesive properties of hydrogel. When the lignin content was 1%, the tensile strain of the composite hydrogel reached 525% and the tensile stress was 50 kPa, the toughness was 11.2 MJ/m3, the compressive strain was 88.7%, the compressive stress was 97 kPa. Besides, the addition of lignin increased the adhesive performance of the composite hydrogels with the adhesion energy of 130 N/m2. Compared with the hydrogel without lignin, the elongation of composite hydrogel was increased by 1.7 times, and adhesion energy was increased by 4 times. |
