Abstract:PAN micro-nanofiber membranes with different structures were prepared on the surface of substrate by changing the electrospinning time (1~4 h). The membranes and substrate were combined and prepared composite filter paper, and the oil-water coalescence and separation performance of composite filter paper were explored under the conditions of low diesel interfacial tension (17 mN/m), small particle size water droplets (Dx(50)=10±1.5 μm) and low moisture content (0.3%). The results showed that as the electrospinning time increased, the oil-water coalescence and separation efficiency of the composite filter paper increased from 4.85% to 96.88%, and the pressure drop increased from 3.71 kPa to 8.10 kPa. When the spinning time was 1 h, the prepared filter paper composited with a nylon mesh showed relatively good oil-water coalescence and separation performance. |
