Abstract:The sludge incineration fly ash of a domestic waste paper and papermaking enterprise was selected as the research object, and 100 samples were collected to be tested for element content and hazardous characteristics. Combined with the generation process, the influencing factors of dangerous characteristics of fly ash were analyzed. The results showed that the pH value of fly ash was in the range of 10.5~12.2, the maximum concentration of Ba in the leaching solution was 96%, and the maximum concentration of other inorganic elements and compounds was less than 20%. The toxic equivalent mass fraction of dioxins was relatively stable, and it of 70% samples was in the range of 0.029~0.086 μgTEQ/kg. When ammonia escaped and calcium hydroxide was excessive in the flue gas treatment process, the pH value of the fly ash would increase. Both the Ba concentration and the dioxin content in the fly ash leaching solution were related to the calcium hydroxide concentration in the flue gas treatment process. |
