Abstract:A micro-nano structure filter paper with submicron glass wool was prepared, and the influence of different particle diameter filter particles on the filtration performance of filter paper was explored. The results showed that the filter paper with crude fiber (average diameter of 0.69 μm) had better filtration performance than the filter paper with fine fiber (average diameter of 0.24 μm) under a specific particle size. When the filter particle size was less than or equal to 100 nm, the filter paper with crude fiber had the largest quality factor for 80 nm and 100 nm particles, and the filtration performance was better. When the filter particle size was greater than 100 nm, the filter paper had a similar quality factor for 150 nm, 200 nm and 300 nm particles, and the filtration performance of filter paper with crude fiber and filter paper with fine fiber was similar.
