| Abstract:The physicochemical structures and characteristics of nanocellulose and nanocellulose-based adsorbents modified by surface modification and graft copolymerization for cleansing dye and heavy ions were reviewed. The commonly used main modification methods for nanocellulose-based adsorbents including carboxylation and amination, the forms of absorbents (e.g., hydrogels, aerogels) were analyzed as well. Finally, the development direction of the nanocellulose-based adsorptive materials in wastewater treatment was prospected. |
