Abstract:The development history of China’s pulp and paper industry was analyzed to roughly outline the development context of China’s pulp and paper industry in the past 40 years. The research hotspots and development trends in different periods were summarized to provide reference for subsequent research in this field. There were 18073 available references included in the CNKI database selected from 5 journals in this field of pulp and paper, including China Pulp & Paper and Transactions of China Pulp and Paper, et al., in the past 40 years. The visualization analysis software CiteSpace was used to construct the scientific knowledge graph of China’s pulp and paper research, and analyze the research hotspots and research frontiers in different periods. The analysis results showed that Kappa number, surface sizing, bleaching, structure, beating, waste paper pulp, newsprint, wastewater and so on were high-frequency key words, which represented the hot issues of China’s pulp and paper research. Based on the analysis of mutation words, the development frontiers of China’s pulp and paper industry in the past 40 years were analyzed according to 4 time periods. The research direction of China’s pulp and paper technology development was analyzed, which was the overall trend from raw materials, equipment and process to paper properties, environmental protection and new materials. On the whole, although China’s modern pulp and paper industry started late, it was developed rapidly and had reached a relatively mature stage. Environmental protection had become an inevitable requirement for the development of pulp and paper industry. The development of new materials and the application of new technologies were gradually carried out. |
