Abstract:Based on the platen jump fault of the rewinder introduced by a papermaking enterprise， through the force analysis of the platen and optimization of the hydraulic drive control system of the equipments， in order to improve the production efficiency of equipments and product quality， specific solutions were proposed to eliminate the jump fault of the platen step by step in this study.
