Abstract:The pulp washing machine was the key equipment to improve the pulp quality and realize energy saving and consumption reduction. The structure and working principle of the roller pulp washing machine were introduced in this paper， and the reasons for the failure were analyzed.Combining the maintenance experience， the technical transformation results of the roller pulp washing machine were described.
