Abstract:For a paper defect detection system based on machine vision, it could achieve a multiplier effect with half the effort that designed a stable and applicable system architecture after understanding user needs. Based on barrel theory, taking the amount of data generated by the industrial line scan camera and the processing capabilities of various hardware as the research content, taking allocation equilibrium as the main research goal, a set of effective paper defect detection system architecture construction plan was designed for reference, which could propose a minimum adaptation scheme for different pipelines to meet useres' needs and save system resources, so as to effectively reduce investment costs for paper companies.
