Abstract:The production trails of utilizing white water from decolored OCC to replace fresh water for MOW deinked pulp production in Zhejiang Jingxing PM15 was introduced in detail in this paper. Lab and pilot tests had proved that dual decolorant treatment could improve the decolorization efficiency of OCC clean white water, so that the air flotation could meet the requirements of the recycling water for MOW pulping production (turbidity<160 NTU, chroma<900 CU). The results showed that optimal chemical dosage was decolorant polyaluminum silicate sulfate (PASS) of 500 mg/L, decolorant modified dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin (MDF) of 40 mg/L, and solid flocculant anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) of 10 mg/L. Compared to the water before treatment, the turbidity of the treated water sample was reduced from 361 NTU to 69 NTU,with the removal rate of 80.9%, and the chroma was reduced from 2740 CU to 382 CU, with the removal rate of 86.1%. After applying this process, the consumption of fresh water was reduced by 3.3 m3/t paper, and the chemical cost was saved by ¥3.8/t paper, which achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. Meanwhile, an annual economic benefits of ¥2.436 million could be saved as well. |
