Abstract:Aimed at the horizontal wave phenomenon in the process of collecting paper images, the reasons for the horizontal ripples were summarized through the inverse analysis of Shannon’s sampling theorem. Combined with stroboscopic imaging technology, a speed sensor, A/D conversion circuit and LED stroboscopic circuit were used to design a synchronization control system suitable for paper machine speed, camera scanning frequency and LED light source stroboscopic control. With the paper defect detection device independently designed by the research group, the effectiveness of the control system was verified by collecting paper images at different speeds of the paper machine. The results showed that the control system could effectively improve the imaging quality of paper, laying a good foundation for the detection and identification of paper defects.
