Abstract:In this study, it was explored and optimized the bleaching effects on bagasse oxygen alkaline pulp of clean ozone and oxygen bleaching processes with hydrogen peroxide. It was shown that the ideal ozone bleached bagasse oxygen alkaline pulp could be obtained under the conditions of the pulp concentration of 40%, ozone concentration of 0.9 kg/(min·t) (calculated as absolute dry pulp), bleaching for 10 min at room temperature, compound acid dosage of 1.5%, and pH value of 2.5. Compared with original oxygen alkaline pulp, the whiteness of ozone bleached bagasse oxygen alkaline pulp increased from 58.6% to 74.5%, with an increase of 15.9 percentage points, and the viscosity of it decreased from 827 mL/g to 780 mL/g, with a decrease of 5.7%. When the viscosity of the pulp basically unchanged, the ozone bleaching pulp obtained under optimum conditions was further bleached with hydrogen peroxide or oxygen enhanced hydrogen peroxide, whose whiteness could be reached more than 80%. |
