| Abstract:The 20-years old paper machine instrument had technical problems such as technical data， missing parts， equipment layout need to be adjusted， control system logic and interlocking need to be reprogrammed and configured. To solve these problems， in the process of technical transformation of paper machine instruments， the development of technical plans and construction plans and other construction preparations and the participation of experienced equipment service personnel in instrument commissioning played an important role in the success of technical reforms. This paper summarized the old paper machine instrument debugging and technical renovation project construction experience， provided reference and reference for instrument technicians. |
