Abstract:In this study, a N-doped TiO2 nanotube array membrane catalyst was prepared by anodizing technology for photocatalytic treatment of organic matter in papermaking wastewater. Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis) were used to characterize the surface morphology and chemical composition of the sample. The results showed that the TiO2 nanotube array membrane had a highly ordered morphology, and its pore size and nanotube length reached an optimal state when the anodizing voltage was 40 V. In addition, the crystal form of the TiO2 catalyst was anatase, and as shown in the results of UV-Vis, it had a strong light absorption capacity with the absorption band edge had a significant red shift. When the prepared catalyst was used in photocatalytic papermaking wastewater, the removal rate of CODCr and chroma of the waste water reached 80.1% and 90.2%, respectively with the dosage of catalyst was 2.5 g/L and reaction time of 60 min. |
