Abstract:In this study, the structure and diversity of bacterial community in activated sludge of actual chemical bamboo pulping wastewater were analyzed by using ultra-high throughput sequencing technology. The shannon index and ACE index ranged from 4.48 to 5.19 and 767.80 to 1066.15 respectively, which indicated the activated sludge bacterial communities in different chemical bamboo pulping wastewater were not only diversity but also significant differentiation. The classification of common bacteria in activated sludge of chemical bamboo pulping wastewater included: ProteobacteriaChloroflexiBacteroidetes and Actinobacteria. Proteobacteria was the dominant phylum and its maximum abundance was 59.47%. The primary genera were HyphomicrobiumCandidatus_CompetibacterJdFR-76 and SWB02. Hyphomicrobium dominated with an abundance of 3.69%~18.29%. These bacteria were not only related to nitrification and denitrification, but also directly related to the degradation of polycyclic aromatic compounds, alcohols and alkanes.
