Abstract:Graphene conductive ink was prepared with graphene as conductive filler and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) as adjusting agent. Based on studying the performance of the ink, a paper-based flexible circuit was prepared by the scribing method, the behavior of the ink on the paper-based surface and the conductivity of paper-based circuit were studied. The results showed that SDS could effectively adjust the surface tension and viscosity of the graphene conductive ink. When the dosage of SDS was 0.2 mg/mL, graphene conductive ink had a surface tension of 39.89 mN/m, a viscosity of 9.03 mPa·s, and a square resistance of 179.81 Ω/sq. The paper-based circuit prepared from graphene conductive ink had excellent conductivity, flexibility and stable electrical conductivity. When the length of circuit was 5 cm, its conductivity was 2.81×102 S/m. Moreover, the paper-based circuit could still make a diode bright in the conductive path after bending 180° or kneading. |
