Abstract:This paper reviews the up-to-date study and application progress of cellulose nanofibril (CNF) and its derived composites in bio-based 3D printing feedstocks, with the emphasis on the study and application progresses of CNF in the five hot fields including bio-medicine, textiles, food, conductive materials and smart materials.The roles and functions of CNF in the 3D printing feedstocks are also presented. Finally, the future application perspects of CNF as the versatile nanomaterials in 3D printing technology are also discussed.
