Abstract:The refining process is an important process to improve the fiber morphology, and the refiner disc clearance is a key parameter affecting the refining performance and energy consumption. The methods of real-time online detection of refiner disc at home and abroad were reviewed, and a real-time detection system for the superposition of clearance of refiner disc was put forward, which comprehensively considered the factors, such as plate wear, axial movement of plate and others affecting the clearance. The new system could overcome the deviation from the initial clearance detection, which provided a new idea for the detection of disc clearance of refiner.
