Abstract:According to the internal mechanism of the temperature change of cooking liquor in digester, the factors affecting the temperature of the chemical liquor were analyzed. It is well known that the temperature change of digester has the characteristics of large time lag, strong coupling, and more interfering. Aiming at the problem of strong coupling of cooking liquor, a fractional PID cascade feed forward decoupling control scheme was proposed, combining with fuzzy control rules, to construct a fuzzy fractional PID cascade decoupling control, which could simultaneously solve the temperature control of cooking liquor with large time lag, and more interfering problems practice proved that this method could achieve real-time control of cooking temperature and met the control requirements.
