Abstract:The paper introduced and compared plane and cone type water ring vacuum pumps， and introduced the case of reused pumps app-lication for paper machine including the steps of comparing reused vacuum pumps’ information with process parameters， selecting vacuum pumps’ model and motor power as well as selecting vacuum pumps’ belt pulley.
